The main change that we see right now on the planet is the pandemic that we are experiencing. This pandemic has changed our entire lifestyle, in all aspects. We can also see how people are helping this change, for example doctors or nurses, that is, health personnel, has been latent throughout this pandemic to help us and that this ends as soon as possible by putting their own lives at stake.

Another change that can be seen is climate change. This is one of the most important changes since little by little we are killing the planet and we will run out of it. Climate change and all this pollution that we are creating is affecting both the poles, animals and ourselves, what's more, air pollution is already considered one of the most frequent causes of death.

We also find a change in technology, since little by little it is being included in all areas of our lives, even in medicine. One of the most frequent questions that many people ask is how far we are going to go with technology, but that will never really be answered.

In conclusion, we can see that the world is changing almost without realizing it, in some cases for the better and in others, many for the worse, and these should be slowed down if we want to continue as we are.

Challenges can be good to help us be more interested, but they can also be harmful if you do not know how to face them properly. This year in particular we have more challenges in our day to day, that we must learn to take them calmly and appropriately.

For example, in the field of COVID-19, our life has changed a lot. From the time of our free time to the workplace. At school this year everything has been different since we can hardly get together, due to the safety distance. This issue is a great global challenge, since in order to return to normality we must be fully involved and respect the rules that we have.

In the academic field, this year I have had and continue to have a great challenge, which is high school, in which we must be fully involved in order to get the best possible grades and get to study what each one wants. The change from last year to this has been very noticeable, both in the way of organization and in everything we have to do.

In conclusion, the challenges right now are very present. These challenges are good to overcome ourselves but we must know how to carry them out and that they do not exceed us.

Sleep is a fundamental aspect of our life. On the days that we do not sleep the hours necessary for our body, we are not able to concentrate what is necessary either for school or for work, since sleep is something that is needed throughout our lives, especially when we are babies.

Many times due to stress or lack of time we cut our sleep hours, without thinking about how harmful it can be. For example, in the case of students, sometimes we think that staying up later studying will be better, but we do not think that the next day we will be more tired and it will be more difficult for us to concentrate.

When we are babies we spend more time asleep than awake on a normal day. But as these hours of sleep grow, they change and decrease. I think that sleep is something very important. And also we should all have a sleep schedule and that s try not to vary for a long time.

COVID-19 is something that is difficult for me to see an end to. We have been with this pandemic for more than a year and it will not be left alone in that time but continues. COVID-19 has limited us in many different aspects, last year was very hard academically and mentally, since it was difficult to be teaching from home and being able to not saturate the situation we had. Last year we were in a situation that we were not able to understand, since no one was going to think that at some point in our life we ​​would be like this but we have reached the point of seeing that all this is our day to day.

Now we are beginning to see that there is less left but it is still difficult to see the end. People are getting vaccinated, there are already many people vaccinated but not enough for this to end. In addition, the vaccine does not make you totally immune and less to all the strains that are coming out all over the world. So we are in a very difficult situation and we are going to have to do a lot of our part to make this end at once.

Now many changes are taking place as we have already seen. Some are much more important than others. We can see that the end of this school year is approaching, a year that for me has been very important and in which I have worked hard. I hope I will finish this third term with passing all the subjects, since this school year is a small drop that will shape my future. But I still have one more year left for the most difficult change, which is going to be very important for my future.

Right now one of the most expected changes is in the issue of COVID-19, since we have been with this pandemic for more than a year and every day it is difficult to see an end to all this. I hope things change and people take more care in all areas and so with everyone's effort we can see that this progresses and comes to an end.

A change that should be one of the most important on the planet is that of pollution, since we need everyone to become aware of the planet and start changing their habits so that everything changes. At the rate we are going, I doubt very much that my grandchildren can have children, since we have a beautiful planet that we are destroying alone.

Space wine? What madness! Every day we can find all kinds of absurd and unnecessary things like this. I think this is silly and that it is made for people to spend a lot of money on this. We are in an era in which people are able to pay thousands of euros for a simple ball of some sport because it has been used in an important match. I think the only purpose of this is to trick people into spending money on things that they think are important but not really.

I think space wine is silly, as well as a waste of money and a way to pollute more. Launching a bottle of wine into space should not be so easy, what I mean is that it has to have work, waste of materials and in addition to polluting, which is not the most necessary right now since we are on a planet that each He has fewer years of life left in all respects.

In conclusion, I think that space wine is a way of making money for those people who can organize that launch. And that people are becoming more blind and manipulative, since they make them want to buy what others want and spend very large amounts of money.

Spring is a very beautiful season, really like all of them, although the best season for me is summer. In spring there is a time change, the daylight hours are longer, and the third term begins for students. It is an important change that although it seems that it is not something we have to get used to. And, for example, people who work in the fields have a harvest time.

In spring the time change is a small change in which I am a strange week, since my normal schedule has changed and I have to get used to a new one. The good thing is that the change is only one hour and then it is not that difficult for me.

The change to more hours of light is a good and bad thing for me, since that also brings more light. The good part is that I like studying and doing homework in natural light, as it gets dark it is much more difficult for me to concentrate. So it's good as the third term starts and I have to do my best. The bad part for me is that when the weather is good I want to go out, even for a walk in the countryside or the beach, but having to study and do homework is something that I cannot do and it is more difficult for me to be calm since I want to leave.

In conclusion, spring is beautiful and very pleasant but for me it is more difficult since I have to be studying for this third term and do my best to be able to have a pleasant summer.

Jorge Manrique is one of the best poets in Spain, he made great poems, one of the most important is the Coplas a la muerte de su padre, in which he talks about the course of life, he says that life is like a river and its arrival at the sea symbolises death. This comparison seems very good and real to me. In this poem he wants to teach in a formal and philosophical way what life and death are.

Many times we are not aware of how quickly everything happens or of the things that are really important and we entertain ourselves or worry about things that are not important. In my case and in that of many teenagers, it takes time to realize things and when something happens to us we think that it is the worst in the world, and we are unable to solve it simply because of the way we deal with them. However, little by little we are realizing the problems that are really important and that we have to worry about.

In conclusion, we must enjoy life more, realize that we have to worry and that we do not, since life passes very quickly.

Every year the St Valentine's Day is celebrated. It's called St Valentine's Day and it's February 14th. It is a different day in which everyone expresses their love for the important people in their life. It is supposed to be towards the person with whom you maintain a loving relationship but I believe that it should not be that way people should express it both to their partner and to their parents, brothers or close people, many people think the same as me.

St Valentine's Day comes from opposition from a priest named Valentine. It all comes from an emperor who forbade marriage between young people, since he thought that young, single and people without family were better soldiers than married people. The priest Valentine objected to this so he decided to continue marrying young couples in secret, but they caught him and sentenced him to death on February 14th. For this reason this day is celebrated every year.

On St Valentine's Day I give small presents to my family and closest friends, such as roses or a teddy bear. I think it is a very significant detail to remember them on that day. For me it is a very beautiful day in which we can express our feelings towards the people we love.

At school last year, the boys and girls of my class made a table decorated with hearts so that other students could order some stuffed animals, orses, carnations and other things; And we also created a very nice mailbox so that people could write letters and put them in that mailbox putting the person they want us to deliver it to and the class, these letters could be anonymous. On St Valentine's Day we went class by class handing out the letters and things to the people who had told us. For me it was a very nice and pleasant experience.

I am glad that things are finally beginning to change a bit in Spain and that it is no longer possible to hunt the wolf at least in Spain. All over the planet there are many animals in danger of extinction and others that have already become extinct due to the little care we have had and continue to have, this is truly a disgrace and we should start raising awareness and not only with the animals but with the planet whole, since because of our bad head the planet is very bad.

This man had made many documentaries about animals and about animals in extinction. He had had television programs and was a naturalist, for all this this person is very well known. I think these people are incredible because they can travel the world with less difficulty expressing themselves and that must be very good. I also think that speaking many languages ​​is very difficult and I admire the people who do it a lot, since I only speak Spanish, English although not very well and a little French, and for me languages ​​are difficult to learn, but I would love to learn more languages in the future.

Sometimes I stop to think and I realize that these people have had to spend a lot of their lives studying, because although it seems that learning foreign languages ​​is easy, it is really complicated and they have had to work hard and study a lot. But these people have studied correctly, since to learn a language you have to understand it, since it is something of practice, it is not like history that you have to study it by heart but you have to understand it.

A polyglot is a fascinating person since he is capable of travelling and learning cultures from other countries and even continents, so I would love to be one, but that requires a lot of effort and also that you are good at languages, something that I do not know. I'm not good at it.

For this to change, people need to have a conscience and to reason and think about things and above all about the consequences that these acts can have, since it can affect both your friends and your family or people you know very little.

The issue of being ill is now a somewhat forbidden subject, since if you only catch a cold, people look at you badly when you sneeze or turn you away since they think it may be COVID-19. In addition, with any symptom, no matter how small, they will test you to see whether or not you are positive for COVID-19. I think that all this is becoming normalized, since the pcr is already mandatory for almost everything, before you have surgery, when traveling, even for some jobs.

I think we should raise awareness and help people who are not, because we are in a very difficult situation that should already be solved and here it is, after a year.

Unfortunately we have and continue to live through very difficult times, since COVID-19 is still present in our daily lives. This is affecting us in many different areas, both economically and socially, and quite importantly, the school environment, due to all the restrictions, teaching is a little slower. In the case of the IES Mediterranean we cannot complain, since all the classes are face-to-face and we try to do everything possible to make the classes look like the ones before.

At our school there have already been several cases, specifically in my class, since some of my classmates have had to stay at home for about ten days or even more, although for different reasons but related to COVID-19, since some have been because they have had it and others because they have been in contact with people who have had it. We have been lucky since the cases of COVID-19 have been controlled very well, it has not even been necessary for anyone to be confined by contact within the school.

I think that for all this situation that we have had to live to improve, we should all do our part, since we do not want to close everything again and that we cannot attend classes in person. All this is very difficult but we must begin to deprive ourselves of many things to begin to see the change. I hope all of this is over soon.

This summer has been strange for everyone, not only this summer but practically the whole year. Who would have thought that we were going to be locked down in our houses for months? That happened and it is happening again. If we watch the news, everything right now is outbreaks throughout Spain.

Education is one of the most talked about topics everywhere, since it is fundamental, that is, of first necessity and cannot be dispensed with since we had enough with the confinement in March, which was a complete chaos for all educational centers .

From my point of view, I believe that if everything is organized properly, maintaining the norms instructed by the centers and by the government, we can control the situation as we have done it all these years.
