Sleep is a
fundamental aspect of our life. On the days that we do not sleep the hours
necessary for our body, we are not able to concentrate what is necessary either
for school or for work, since sleep is something that is needed throughout our
lives, especially when we are babies.
Many times
due to stress or lack of time we cut our sleep hours, without thinking about
how harmful it can be. For example, in the case of students, sometimes we think
that staying up later studying will be better, but we do not think that the
next day we will be more tired and it will be more difficult for us to
concentrate.
When we are
babies we spend more time asleep than awake on a normal day. But as these hours
of sleep grow, they change and decrease. I think that sleep is something very
important. And also we should all have a sleep schedule and that s try not to
vary for a long time.
